The home-made machine gun is a burst fire weapon in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
Background[]
It's a jury-rigged submachine gun with an improvised bayonet built from scrap metals.
Characteristics[]
The first automatic weapon and sufficient for Chapter 1. The home-made machine gun is overtaken by the SMG found one or two zones later, which does the same damage per shot but its rate of fire is higher.
Locations[]
- Carbon Mill parking lot, found in freezer chest
- Carbon Mill generator area, found on table
- Bridge of Los, by giving Giese one piece of Junk.
Notes[]
The "Small" icon used when swapping weapons/promotional renders has a completely different design to the inventory icon and in-game model of the home-made machine gun with the in-game model actually resembling the cut Junk shotgun.
