The Hellcat field gear and Hellcat mercenary beret, also known as the Hellcat outfit, are an outfit set in Fallout 76, introduced in the Steel Reign update.
Characteristics[]
An outfit belonging to the Hellcat Company mercenary group, the field gear consists of a faded red and white sweater with a black leather vest over it. The pants are similarly faded blue jeans tucked into brown boots, with some ammo and satchel equipment affixed to the belt and lower parts of the pants. It also includes a set of beige gloves.
The full logo of the Hellcat Company is displayed on the back of the vest. On the front of the vest, "H.Cats" is penned in white in the right corner of the vest. There are three patches that can be seen, as well: the bottom-most one is the "Hap" Arnold symbol of the World War II-era United States Army Air Forces, predecessor to the United States Air Force. The middle patch is the insignia of Air Combat Command and the patch in the top left is an upside down patch of the 85th Bomb Squadron. The 85th's patch features the World War II-era design rather than the modern equivalent.
The beret is black with the Hellcat unit insignia. The headwear also includes a set of goggles, which cannot be separated from the beret. There is also a highly visible red bandana tucked into the back of the beret.
