H. Tucker was a criminal who lived before the Great War, charged with homicide. Tucker's case is recorded in a terminal located inside the Quincy police station.

Tucker worked at the eponymous Tucker & Sons Funeral Home in Quincy. A 10mm pistol was recovered from the business, as well as a surveillance tape from its parking lot. These items, as well as a splatter report, were used as evidence in Tucker's homicide case by detective N. Riley.[1]
