Guns and Bullets is a perk magazine in Fallout 76.
Background[]
Guns and Bullets is a magazine series catering to weapons enthusiasts with articles dedicated to hunting, weapons, gun law, and the portrayal of practical use of firearms. The cover art for the magazine depicts imagery specific to each issue's topic, such as an improvised "pipe" weapon on the cover of issue #4 Street Guns of Detroit. The magazine discusses laser and plasma weaponry in addition to traditional ballistic weapons. Issues of Guns and Bullets cost $33 per copy.
Characteristics[]
Reading an issue of Guns and Bullets will temporarily give a unique bonus, such as increased damage with scoped weapons or increased damage against specific enemy types. All bonuses expire after 30 minutes (60 minutes with Curator), and the magazine is consumed once read.
Issues of Guns and Bullets are affected by Pannapictagraphist and will emit directional audio when the player character is in range.

- The Guns and Bullets magazines in Fallout 76 share identical titles and cover art from Fallout 4; however the bonuses they provide are different in addition to the effect duration being temporary.
- Most of the issue numbers are torn off the magazines. However, The Art of Fallout 4 has clean versions of the issues where the numbers, if they have them, can be read.
