Grandma was a hand puppet in Vault 77, given a personality by the Puppet Man.
Background[]
She was an old granny puppet found in the puppet crate in the Vault. She became a "friend" of the Vault's sole dweller and once made him pies. She was also a witness of The King puppet's death.[1]

Grandma appears only in the Fallout 3 webcomic One Man, and a Crate of Puppets.
