Grace worked alongside Sal Jefferson in their sandwich shop, Sal's Grinders, in Beckley.[1] She quit the job and took a job with a competitor Big Papa Moe's Lip Smackin' Sandwich Shack across the street when Sal's shop begin failing and could no longer pay her.[2]
