Gnarla Darling was the sister of Karla Darling and one of the operators of the Darling sister's lab.
Background[]
Gnarla and her sister operated a drug lab in the hills of Appalachia, avoiding the attention of the police. The two sisters were also helping plan a heist on a local bank. She wrote a list to her sister outlining the supplies that they needed for the robbery, including duffel bags, shotguns, formaldehyde, rope and two bottles of whiskey for courage, among other items.[1] Gnarla and Karla were slated to handle the front of the building, while Christopher and his men would crack the safes in the back. Unbeknownst to Chris, the Darling sisters rigged his car to blow its coolant line before making it a mile out. This way, he would take the heat from the cops and the sisters could get away with the money.[2]
