Frank was a man who worked at the robot repair center.
Background[]
He was scared when the turrets kept targeting him when he left late, so asked an individual named Snake to help him acquire pulse grenades.[1] After testing them on his Mister Handy at home, Frank was given a lecture by his wife.[1]
Later on, he gave them to his friend Bob to use on the turrets if they fired on them.[1] These pulse grenades can be found in a |box under his desk, and the key to the box can be found beneath the terminal on the same desk.
