The fountain is a constructible settlement object and world object in Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
It is a tall, copper fountain usually found near or in large buildings. Picket Fences issue #3 is found at Saugus Ironworks, in the forge section. Once found, the player character can craft the fountain at a workshop.
Crafting[]
The fountain is located under Decorations → Statues and can only be constructed once one has obtained Picket Fences issue #3.
