Fixer is a skill that was set to appear in the canceled Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2, skills in this game work like perks do in other Fallout games.

This skill allows Jaffe to create weapons once he has acquired the necessary pieces.[1]

With this skill Jaffe does not have to pay an NPC to repair his Uber Weapon, instead being able to repair it himself.[2]
