Willie is a man who lived in Appalachia before dying sometime prior to 2102.
Background[]
Encountered during the random encounter Uncanny Caverns Free Pass Winner, Willie is a surprisingly well-dressed man adorned in a top hat, civil war era suit, and cane. He ultimately met his end sometime in 2102, but not before opening a box of Blamco Brand Mac and Cheese that contained the golden holotape; an extremely rare prize that would have gotten him all access to the Uncanny Caverns tour (with purchase of a base ticket).

Willie and his golden holotape are an overt reference to Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Willie, although not in purple and brown, is dressed in a suit and has a cane like Willy Wonka.
