Richard Bradford was a member of the Boylston Club.
Background[]
Bradford survived the Great War, and was one of the members who attended the Boylston Club's Memoriam Gala on October 30, 2077. At the end of the gala at midnight, he delivered the final toast in memory of pre-War America. Alongside the other members in attendance, he then committed suicide via poisoned wine.[1]

Bradford is one of several voice-only characters who has a unique model for their holotape voice NPC (an actor required by the Creation Engine in order for holotape lines to play), wearing a tuxedo and a formal hat.
