· Objective: Checks if the 2-star legendary effect "Power Attack Damage" (40% more power attack damage) of a weapon is valid for normal attacks that are not Power attacks of an Auto-Melee weapon. · Test: Auto Axe, Chainsaw, Mr. Handy Buzz Blade, Ripper, Drill (excluding Bayonet Minigun since the Legendary "Basher" is already in effect) Standard and 2-star "Power Attack Damage" types were prepared and used to attack the Mount Emmett Scavenger, and the damage values displayed were observed. No mod, Strength 15pt, No Damage Perk Card · Result: Auto Axe, Mr Handy Buzz Blade, Ripper, and Drill showed differences in damage values between the two types. For example, Auto Axe and Drill increased their damage from 2 to 3, which seems work of the Legendary effect "Power Attack Damage". https://youtu.be/bfkndJZIKHc On the other hand, only Chainsaw had the same damage value and did not work... · Note: -I think that maybe weapons in the Auto-Melee category have a Power Attack attribute, even for normal attacks. (But unfortunately, the Weapon 3-star Legendary effect "Cavalier" did not seem to work) -Choosing a 2-star Legendary for an Auto-Melee weapon is very difficult. Because the 2-star Legendary "Melee Speed" and "Basher" do not work. So I would be very happy if the Auto-Melee weapon has a Power attack attribute. I hope this bug is not a bug.
Answer
These automatic melee weapons that drain AP are considered to be using a "power attack" with their primary attacks.
The only thing I need to know if theres plans for the Science perk to effect Heavy Weapons, and with that Ill be happy (if its intended to work with only small guns thats perfectly fine as well).
Answer
The reasoning to have it not affect heavy weapons is because that is how it was in previous Fallout games. Heavy weapons have typically had their own class of buffs. We are monitoring feedback on this
I don't know if anyone else is into pinning down the voice actors, but has anyone else every suspected that Big Bad Wolf and Officer Sydney both had the same voice actor? It sounds the same to me, but I can't find it in the credits anywhere.
Answer
I can answer this one since he's already credited to the game: Yes, Officer Sidney and Wolf are both voiced by Bumper Robinson
"@Carl (Quest Design - BGS): Well, I put in a request for it... But that's all Level Design's doing. I'm pretty sure @BGS_Steve did the first pass at it."

"Another big win for QD. I don’t want to give out specific names here without permission but I asked the QD for a badass grizzled chain smoker and that’s what he came up with. I may have mentioned Escape from LA lol"
