The eyepatches are a set of eyewear in Fallout 76. It includes the black eyepatch, Enclave eyepatch, Free States eyepatch, painted eyeball eyepatch, pink heart eyepatch, raider eyepatch and the Responder eyepatch.

The eyepatch covers the right eye of its wearer. The design on the patch differs depending on which variant is crafted.

The "Eye Patch Bundle" can be bought in the Atomic Shop for 300 
. Each individual eyepatch can be crafted at an armor workbench.
Notes[]
- Depending on how the player character's face is modeled, parts of the eyepatch may clip through the skin. This can be corrected by adjusting jowl and cheekbone sliders in the Change Appearance menu.
- While eyepatches have appeared in prior games worn by NPCs such as Wernher, Split Jack, Tommy Torini, and Porter Gage, Fallout 76 is the first time the player character can equip themselves with one.
- Vernon Dodge wears a unique, non-playable eyepatch that is visually identical to the black eyepatch, but has a separate armor listing in the files.
