Evan Barnes was an actor working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation at Nuka-World before the Great War. He played the Nuka-Knight in King Cola's Court.

Evan was one of the employees who hid inside the employee tunnels during the initial attack of the Great War. While being here, he and his girlfriend Fran slowly turned into ghouls. During the very first attack on the group, Evan was almost killed but was saved by Mitchel Sikes.
When their hair started falling out and their skins rotting away, they had a huge fight. When the group at the Kiddie Kingdom was attacked, Fran turned on the mist sprayers, spraying irradiated water in the air, which effectively ended the attack. He and his girlfriend eventually made up after this event.[1][2]
