The Equalizer power armor paint is a power armor skin in Fallout 76. It is a regular-size version of the custom power armor suit made for Frank Horrigan.^[1]

Characteristics[]

The power armor skin changes the appearance of the armor entirely, regardless of the base model to which it is applied. It appears to be an advanced model of US Military or Enclave power armor based on the X-01 design.

• The armor is an updated or high-definition version of Frank Horrigan's armor, evident when looking at the mouthpiece, which is virtually identical to the original render of Horrigan's talking head.
