Emely Cartagena is a stunt performer appearing in the Fallout TV series.
She portrays a Vault 32 raider in episodes "The End" and "The Ghouls" (credited as "dead Vault 32 raider" in the latter) and also appears as one of the Filly townspeople in "The Target" who is shot by the Ghoul.[1]
