Ella was a former resident of Helvetia who became the leader of Horizon's Rest.
Background[]
Ella took control of Helvetia's residents in one way or another as soon as they had left Helvetia, and even managed to convince the rest of the group to pool all their weapons together and lock them in an armory atop the tower at Horizon's Rest. Not all of the settlers were content with her leadership, and one even stole her key to the armory out of anger at the decision.[1]
