Background[]
The Nuka-World power plant had various aspects that weren't up to code and violated the department's regulations. Maja Adams intended for the company to get around these issues by hiring inexperienced workers for the plant who wouldn't know the difference. However, the employees her colleague Sabir took on were members of a union, and fully understood what duties the company was required to fulfill by law, which Maja feared could lead to substantial financial repercussions for the company.[1]
