The Corpus Christi Naval Base was a pre-War military compound in southern Texas, which has since been overtaken by carnivorous plants.
Background[]
After reaching the Gulf of Mexico with the prototype Garden of Eden Creation Kit, Miles Reese made his base at this abandoned naval base in The Corpse and began experimenting with the device. Among other things, his work caused the Gulf to flood the city. Miles' bio-tech created a shell around the base, keeping the water out and providing air holes to the surface.[1]
After the player character has fought their way into and through the naval base, they will move on to the final fight with Reese himself. The Cypher has vine things and manages to merge himself with the plant walls. It is his hatred of the Brotherhood that has led him here. And his hatred of the player character. Then, in classic Fallout fashion, the player character must overload the modified G.E.C.K. and get the hell out of dodge before it all gets blown to hell.[2]
