Background[]
Clark was a member of the Senate Committee on Nuclear Energy. During a committee meeting on November 26, 2076, Senator Sam Blackwell mentioned Clark's recent purchase of a stake in Atomic Mining Services, which constituted a conflict of interest. This caused Clark to lash out at Blackwell, prompting an interruption from the committee chairman.[1]
