Clara Duran was a teacher at Watoga High School before the Great War.

Clara Duran, along with a small group of other Watogan survivors, settled at Allegheny Asylum. The settlement initially thrived, managing to set up crops and acquire a brahmin. However, raider attacks resulted in the settlement's dissolution in 2078.[1]
