Christopher "Chris" Ortega is an artist who worked at Bethesda Game Studios on Fallout 76 as a concept artist. He designed concept art for various posters, architecture and outfits in the game, as well as Shannon Rivers, the sheepsquatch and characters in Wastelanders.[1]

T-65 power armor. Secret Service Power Armor. I think this started out as some kind of Security Officer Armor, and the final version in game got changed up a bit before the release of Wastelanders. I had a lot of fun working on this one. I don’t think the weapon got made, oh well 😅
Communist power armor concepts. I guess these have been in game for a while. These were super fun to do, I was pretty bummed that they didn’t want to use the one with the built in hat [2]
