The chem box is a container in Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
Chem boxes are often found in and around raider, Gunner or scavenger camps. Some boxes are wall-mounted. They serve the same purpose as first aid and contain a variety of first aid supplies.

- Three inside the Corvega assembly plant.
- Three inside Kendall Hospital.
- Three in Layton Towers.
- Two at the drug den. One in the street, on the ground in front of the entrance, another on the third floor of the building.
- Two at the Federal ration stockpile. One on a dresser next to a Nuka-Cola Quantum in the leader's area, and another on the floor next to several broken chem and first aid boxes near the security door in the central tunnel complex.
- One north of Sanctuary at the lone raider's shack near the northern edge of the map.
One in the storage room of Acadia.
