Talk: Fallout 3 achievements and trophies

Okay, I'm lost. I see these "Trophies" and such and the ICONS that go with them. I have the PC Game of the Year edition and I have yet find these "Trophies" and I've accomplished and completed a lot of them?

So where do you find them?
