All themes have a value of 999.
To buy themes from Moira Brown, you need to choose the "I'm looking for some things for my house" option, followed by "Tell me about your Themes". You must have a house(s) for the option to appear. When you pick a theme and tell her you want to buy it, you will be taken to the shop menu. You can cancel out of the menu and it will be in her inventory the next time you shop. Before you purchase a theme, Moira will say "remember, once you buy a theme you can't sell it back to me, although you could always purchase a new one". This means that you can have it removed or replace it by purchasing another theme. However if you decide you want this same theme again later, you will have to purchase it again.
