Marshall Cassidy was the leader of the Appalachia chapter of the Pioneer Scouts before the Great War.
Background[]
Cassidy wrote the monthly newsletter for the Pioneer Scouts in Appalachia. They approved Pompy, a robot, as a Lead Scout in May 2077. As concerns over automation worsened throughout the year, the chapter decided to cancel a number of its events in September.[1]
