Cars are a type of terrain in Fallout: Wasteland Warfare.
Characteristics[]
All cars have 5 Health, 2 physical and energy Armor Rating, and immunity to radiation damage. If struck, cars may enter Meltdown, possibly exploding and damaging nearby units. When a car that has at least 1 Health takes damage, the player rolls a 12-sided Armor Dice. If the result is lower than or equal to the amount of damage done, the car enters Meltdown and the player immediately performs a Detonation check. The Armor Dice is rolled again, and if the result is equal to or lower than the total amount of damage done to the car by all sources it explodes. All models within 2" of an exploding car take 4 physical damage, rolling an additional Damage and two Armor Reduction Effect Dice. A model that is touching a car when it explodes takes 5 physical damage instead, has its armor reduced by 1, and is Stunned.
A car explodes at the end of the round it entered Meltdown regardless of any Detonation check successes. However, if a car's Health is reduced to 0 before the round ends then Meltdown is cancelled. Cars that explode are left on the battlefield for the remainder of the game, and their Health becomes 0. Entering Meltdown triggers Reactions up to one Awareness length away to take effect.
