The Cappy and Bottle shrine is an unmarked location in the exterior of Nuka-World in 2287.
Background[]
Located behind a huge brown billboard northwest of Dry Rock Gulch, the Cappy and Bottle shrine consists of an old Cappy and Bottle sculpture, a few heads on pikes, five human skulls, and offerings comprising two Nuka-Cola Dark and two caps stashes. Two chairs, two stools, an Expert-locked safe, and a chem cooler are also found at the site.

The Cappy and Bottle shrine appears only in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
