C. Carlson and his team were ordered to evaluate a Class 7 reactor failure that occurred within the Nuka-World power plant on April 28th, 2077. The team concluded that a series of failures had occurred that caused a large quantity of nuclear contamination within the site and recommended that the Nuka-Cola Corporation delay the opening of Nuka-World for the upcoming season as they perform maintenance.[1]
Corporate ultimately decided to ignore Carlson's warnings and opened the park as scheduled a few weeks later. Carlson proceeded to email Corporate to complain, but was told to not share information about the event to the public in response.[2] Carlson was later fired for unspecified reasons.[3]
