Bruce was the intended recipient of a "Dear John letter" from former love interest Lacy. The letter curtly informs him that she cheated on him with a man in the Ultra-Luxe casino and not to contact her again. The letter can be found by the Courier on the Strip, implying that Bruce never received it.
