Background[]
Sullivan purchased a RobCo model E-601 terminal system to connect with her office's network and handle her intramail. The terminal she purchased had been sabotaged by a former RobCo employee named Carmike before he quit, and failed to send out her mail or give her notifications. She took it to the sales & service center to have it fixed, threatening to sue RobCo. P. Benson informed K. O'Conner that the best option was to replace her computer.[1]
