Dr. Blake Saunders was a scientist and researcher in Appalachia.
Background[]
Dr. Saunders conducted research on a radioactive crater located halfway between the Freak Show and the monorail elevator in the Savage Divide. He recorded the amount of rads found in the area's environment over a week-long period. He tore his hazmat suit on February 20, causing the radiation to seep into his body and, two days later, started vomiting blood. Slowly realizing his fate, Blake hoped that his partner Robbie would have better luck than he did. By February 23, the day he saw a bear in the wilderness, Blake accepted that he would soon die, and resolved to see one last sunrise. His skeleton still sits outside of the crater.[1]
