He purchased a Vault 21 suit during his visit and now regularly talks to his friends at home about it, bragging that "the leather from my Vault 21 suit contains the scent of unwashed ages" and refusing to let anyone try it on.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
Biff Tann is a nod to Buford "Biff" Tannen from the Back to the Future series of movies. In the second installment, Back to the Future Part II, a version of Biff became "one of the richest and most powerful men in America" by rigging a series of gambling bets. He also operates a casino known as "Biff's Pleasure Paradise".
