Badger was a college student in the Pi Kappa Mu fraternity at Vault-Tec University.
Background[]
Like the rest of the fraternity, Badger was a complete drunk and party hound, but unlike all his fellow Pi Mu brothers, Badger had an obsession with a mannequin he stole from a department store. For months, he would take it to dinner and eventually name it "Suzie."
Badger's Pi Mu brothers, who originally found the mannequin obsession funny, eventually tired of both Badger and the real doll Suzie. Badger was further asked to get rid of it by another Pi Mu member. However, Badger kept Suzie close to his side even during the Pi Mu eviction party, eventually perishing alongside it.[1]
