The automatic surgical unit is a quest item in Fallout: New Vegas.

This diagnostic scanning module is a part of an Auto-Doc. Alongside a doctor's bag, the module can be used to remove Caesar's tumor. It is used in the quest Et Tumor, Brute? and looks identical to a conductor.

• It can be taken from an Auto-Doc found on the back wall of the clinic room in Vault 34.
