Asmodee is a French board game, card game and RPG publishing company. Their North American division, Asmodee North America, published Fallout: The Board Game.

In 2014, their Asmodée Éditions division merged with Fantasy Flight Games as part of Asmodee North America. Several companies, including Fantasy Flight Games, Space Cowboys, Catan Studio, Days of Wonder and Z-Man Games are under the Asmodee banner. Five Asmodee North America employees were credited on Fallout: The Board Game.
