Andy was a student at Vault-Tec University.
Background[]
Andy was a friend of Shelby O'Rourke, and one of the few people who did not dismiss her field of study, cryptozoology. Andy was skeptical about the motivations of the university in supporting her search for cryptids, believing that they simply wanted to profit from her findings.[1] According to Shelby, Andy had multiple theories that the university executives were hiding things from them.[2]
