Alexander Boamer was a pre-War junior executive of the Vault-Tec Corporation and member of Bud's Buds who was preserved in Vault 31 and later became the overseer of Vault 33 for some period between 2125 and 2271.
Background[]
Patricia was a graduate of Bud Askins' executive assistant training program Bud's Buds, and was selected by Bud to participate in his Vault experiment: The creation of super-managers who would define the future of humanity once the Great War wiped the surface clean. They would be kept in cryostasis, periodically thawed out, and transferred to Vault 32 or Vault 33 to manage the dwellers and participate in controlled breeding (eugenics), all under Askins' supervision.[1]
Following the Great War, Alexander was eventually defrozen and sent to Vault 33. He became its overseer at some point after 2125, with his closest known predecessor and successor being Patricia Peters and Laurence Ronald, respectively.[2]
