Aleksandr Strelnikov was a professional assassin from Russia who lived before the Great War.
Background[]
He was hired by Eddie Winter to kill Ron Trevio, and did so by shooting Trevio with a single bullet "from halfway across town." Under the guise of a compliment, Eddie Winter's holotape implicates Strelnikov in the murder.[1]
