What If: Colonel Autumn took over the Enclave and lead them to victory over the Brotherhood of Steel at the end of Fallout 3?
Premise: In 2277 the Enclave reveals itself on the East Coast, having migrated to Washington DC after hearing broadcasts from the new United States President John Henry Eden. They soon make a move on Project Purity to turn the attempt at purifying the region's water into a weapon to use in leveraging control over the region's populace. After obtaining the codes to the purifier, officer Colonel Autumn realizes that President Eden will use the Project for his own plans and sets the Raven Rock facility to self destruct, destroying Eden. Autumn then orders the use of the Bradley-Hercules missile platform to obliterate the Brotherhood of Steel's main base at the Pentagon, resulting in his only true threat in the Capital Wasteland scattered. How might a Project Purity in the hands of the Enclave under Autumn affect the development of events on the East Coast?
Key Notes:
•All changed events are post-2277.
•The success of the Enclave on the East Coast has no effect on the destruction of the survivors in the West.
