Been with PlanetHoster for a few years now and love their reliability and support as well as their fast Litespeed shared servers. With the proper Litespeed setup (2GB RAM, 2vCPU, 5MB disk speed) I get my WordPress websites to be super responsive and also get scores close to 100 in the Pagespeed Insights tests with the Litespeed Cache Advanced Presets.

Three days not receiving hosted emails from the server. Others were (seemingly randomly) getting through (mainly spam). No way of knowing I was not receiving all my emails until I tried testing the inbox by sending to myself with my half-dozen or so email addresses and asking others to send some too. Only one or two were received, again randomly. PlanetHoster understood the problem and fixed it (even if it took many tests and most of the day).
Extremely fast in their answers and pristine support. They don't throw you chatting with an AI, and actually help you out. Good prices. I left other hosting solutionS, plural, because I can trust them to help me out when I have an issue. It's not the first time I'm coming back to them, just because at this point every other company failed me at least once. This is not a sponsored review by any mean, I do pay everything and am not related to this company. I just am extremely satisfied and relieved by having moved some sites there. Everything will be eventually transferred there over time.

Not only PlanetHoster is an excellent Internet Service Provider but its support is more than great. Reactive and going beyond its own field of responsabilty. They just helped me to work out the upgrade to Moodle 4.2 which involved quite a few aggravations. Necessity of passage to php 8.0 and install of a beta release of the service XMLRPC which they had to tweak as it is not native anymore to PHP 8.0 but necessary to the Moodle upgrade. And so on..advices on the upgrade of MariaDB, etc.. A few hours of exchanges with technicians leve 1, 2 and 3. Thanks again to Marc-André, Jason, Nick and whoever I forget.
Great customer service. I had to request multiple times help to their tech support and they allways replied quickly, efficiently and kindly. The backend is reliable and fast. Pricing is very good. I have been very satisfied with planethoster for many years.
This company is the best Website Host I… This company is the best Website Host I ever expected! It's speed is so high and the servers are reliable. The support team are very knowledgeable so there are always quick responses, phone or mail. If you know how to use it, you'll love it. I am happy to be their customer.
Avoid Planethoster. Recently, they have started increasing their prices and charging customers without providing the exact amount of the price increase. Their support team only provides generic, copy-and-paste responses and shows no regard for loyal customers.

My PlanetHoster account was protected by double identification with Google Authentificator. However, I changed my iPhone in January 2024, so I could no longer obtain my identification key. PlanetHoster technical support told me what to do, and asked me to send the necessary proof of identity. After verification, the Google Authentificator protection was removed, so I was able to log in again with my usual credentials. At my request, the supporting documents were destroyed, to prevent any damage to my personal data and privacy. Faced with a very embarrassing situation, technical support made my experience very positive. I recommend PlanetHoster without reservation!
