First, they actually are available, no queues at all.
Then, it doesn't matter who take the live chat session, they are so pro and show their experience with guidance (even if you are not a native English speaker and you make mistakes in your messages redaction)

I have been using ScalaHosting for over a year now and am very satisfied with the service. What sets them apart is their excellent support team.
Don't you hate having to wait in a queue only to find that no one is available after 10 minutes? Well, this never happens with Scala. They are very quick to attend to you via LiveChat.
Whenever a solution is not immediately available, they are honest and help you open a support ticket in the client area so that more experienced staff can assist.

I am a new customer of Spanel which is a product of ScalaHosting. I am using it on my own server and just reached out for support for the first time. I had one experience where they did the install for me and this support to deal with an issue with an improperly configured DNS setting on my end. Before landing to ScalaHosting, I'm exploring many options some are cheaper. But, I can't believe how much time I got back when you have a 'Very Good Technical Live Chat Support' here at Scalahosting. Last night, I tried to fixed DNS problem after moving dns to cloudflare. Just after I asked for help from live chat, Denys came in and fix the right problem for us seconds. If you are not a super server geek like me, the support from managed VPS or hosting like Scalahosting will help you a lot. From a happy customer. :)
