Contract Renewal

Upon reaching the opportunity to renew our agreement with net2phone, it really was an easy choice. Apart from the great performance of your system, I find that interactions with your staff, in this case Elizabeth Aldrich in particular, have been wonderful.

Great Customer Service

Kali was extremely helpful with figuring out what was happening on our bill and adjusting it since we have downsized. Also suggested upgrading to new hardware since ours was out of date!

Kind Staff

Admin team is supportive and kind. I've new in my position at a company that uses net2phones services. Due to the transition and some other urgent tasks we fell behind on our payments. Working everything out with a representative was easy. I mentioned that we were planning to adjust our phone plans and they helped me get so much information togther for that as well.

Top Notch 5-Star Experience

Kali L. was amazing to deal with. She made sure to keep in touch as my renewal date drew near. This was appreciated as my busy days pass quickly and she didn't want me to miss out on resigning. As I was not the initial contact person who set up our original contract, Kali took the time to go through my proposal with me and made sure I understood all aspects before making a decision. The entire experience was painless and she was lovely to deal with. Thank you Kali!

Fantastic system, amazing customer support

Working with our onboarding rep, Gurpreet, was awesome. She was there for us every step of the way and make sure that any questions we had were answered immediately. She did a lot of the initial system setup work for us and followed up until we launched and after. We love how you can customize just about every aspect of the system and have felt very supported the whole way through. I recommend this system to any business owner.

We have had great experience working…

We have had great experience working with Net2Phone. From the time we migrated to Versature which later got taken over by Net2Phone, we have had minimal to no outages that have affected us as a company. The quality of service and responsiveness is exactly what we needed. The accounts team is awesome and goes above and beyond to assist.

Easy Peasy Phone Portability

Net2Phone (Formerly Versature) has been a Lifesaver for us - initially and even now during COVID. A few years ago, there was a fire in our building which kept us out for just over a week. Our patients were unable to reach us because our physical phone lines were at the clinic itself. Net2Phone helped us by porting over our main number and lending us Polycom VoIP phones that we would plug in any ethernet port and use - even at home. We were then able to contact all our patients to reassure them and reschedule all appointments from home.
During COVID, we had many employees working from home and our VoIP phones were so easy to bring and connect at home that it was one less thing to worry about!!!
Our experience was A1 and I would 100% recommend them !

My onboarding to working with Net2Phone…

My onboarding to working with Net2Phone has been mainly easy and good. However, a couple of times the information and conditions for the requested adjustments to our accounts were not communicated in a timely manner while we met, but were emailed later. I believe that this type of topics must be discussed in meetings.

net2phone is pretty awesome - saved me a few times!

I started out with Versature years ago, went astray for a bit, then ran back to them when the new provider failed to be reliable. They came through like a champ, rescuing me and restoring our phones with reliability and quality service. Since net2phone took over the quality and reliability and excellent service have remained. I highly recommend this VOIP provider.

Net2Phone is not an Idustry Leader in VOIP

As an MSP who supports over 40 businesses, we often try to use the same service providers amongst our clients. It allows us to streamline our processes, utilize effective and proven solutions, and set expectations for services and service levels with our clients.

Growing companies have growing pains as they pivot to support and maintain their clientele during growth periods. Unfortunately, I think N2P has exceeded their excusable mistakes.

In the last year alone, we have experienced 5 Major Outages, 2 of which were multi-day outages, the others were near full day outages. In these situations, you need to be signed up for the service outage notifications. We've yet to see any of their outages return to normal operating without having to call in for some form of assistance, albeit as simple as Side Car not loading now, or phone has echo/static sounds on call, can't hear one side or other, phone rings can't pickup, can't transfer. Each of these issues have occured after their systems have recovered.

However, their support staff feel they need to deflect the issue back onto you system/network. We find ourselves having to prove to their support team that our network is setup per their recommendations, even though we did all that during rollout and setup. I would highly recommend, they make a change during Roll Out to include setting up the network and firewall settings as they want, and verifying at that time it's setup as requested. This would save alot of us from having to do this with each instance of requested support.

With that said, we have now been dealing with an issue for 5 weeks with no updates, no responses when asking for weekly updates. We have been told it's been submitted to Dev Team, with still no updates or access to the Dev team.

This company seems to make changes on the fly, without testing in advance. When restoring services, seems to be the same way, they make changes til they fix the original issue, but generally create other issues in the process.

I would not recommend them for your business. I am actively looking to move all my clients off their platform and to a Proven Industry Leader. Avoid Net2Phone at all Costs!!!

Memorable Customer Experience!

Tara was FANTASTIC! After a bit of a rough start with another rep, Tara took over. She patiently and professionally answered our questions and addressed our concerns. She followed up and followed through! She made recommendations for our service given our changing needs. I highly recommend net2phone, specifically Tara for her incredible, memorable customer service!

Easy Contract Renewal

Caytlin was very well prepared, efficient in her work, and respectful of my time. The renewal was straightforward and the services offered were tailored to my business needs. There was no upsell or pressure to include things in the agreement that are not useful to my organization. I felt well supported by Net 2 Phone!
