Great Customer Service and Great Hardware
Switched over to Four Seasons Hosting after Bisect Hosting was giving us poor performance. Not only is the performance significantly better, the price is better too. I received great help when setting up our server and they were very quick to respond to questions. We will continue to use Four Seasons Hosting for the foreseable future.

I was looking for a server hoster to play with only a handful of friends. The prices are very reasonable and I'm glad that we're able to customize it to what we need. I wish that it was explained what the cores do as I wasn't able to find much useful info online. Other than this, great host! Would recommend for people trying to play with friends but don't want to host themselves.

My boyfriend is currently writing a review alongside me, so we will probably both be talking about the same things haha.
The owner of the company is a solid dude and gave us a processor core for free because we needed more processing power for our Minecraft server due to player count.
Besides that, the website is very easy to use and the dashboard lays everything out in a clear/easy to understand way, I strongly recommend people to try out fourseasons if they need a server because this was some of the best customer service I've ever had.

The server hosting itself is all as expected and I haven’t run into any major issues, but the customer service is above and beyond both times I needed to reach out. This past time, someone not only explained to me that modpack server files are different from client files, but then went on to make server files for the modpack I wanted to use and uploaded said modpack into my server which was awesome! It was also insanely quick. The previous time, the person also went above and beyond by helping me to change the ip on my server and get it up and running despite me not really knowing how servers work and needing a good bit of help to get it working.

I had a bunch of issues with a MC server with a massive mod pack, had issues, and I asked for help. I ended up with my issues being fixed as my server was being looked at for literal days, on top of a complementary server upgrade and a free month as apologies for the issues. I received stellar service, and everyone was so patient and nice. Much love to everyone here!

The purchasing option was slightly confusing as I wasn't really sure what I need in terms of memory and locations however the service itself was wonderful. I haven't had any down time or delays that weren't caused by me, and even then getting the server started back up was incredibly simple. The user interface is easy to navigate and use. I was able to have my server running with the modpack I wanted within 5 minutes of purchasing the service. When creating a support ticket the operators who responded were very professional and got my issue resolved almost immediately. Genuinely highly recommend this service to anyone looking to host. The price was so low that I thought there had to be a catch but there really wasn't. 10/10 Would buy again.

Sam has been amazing and very helpful ever since I set up my server. The customer support has immediately set apart my experience with Four Seasons Hosting above all other server hosting providers. I have no complaints thus far, except the direct file access in the control panel. Usually, server hosting providers allow a FTP Connection to manage server files. That is my only critique!

Quick and efficent responses both on their live chat on their wepbpage as well as their ticket system. Richard has been helping me personally with several issues and even let me runa test server with the specs i was wanting to purchase! Great hosting site!

Awesome host. Very customizable to your needs, but their customer support was awesome. I needed a port for a mod I installed, and they not only put it on the port, but configured the mod and started the server all within 10 minutes of me submitting a ticket. Would highly recommend.

The biggest complaint is that the cpu hardware has a hard time keeping up with rendering. You can get better value with other services.

I'm sorry for your experience with our CPUs. We don't own the newest CPU's due to high cost in new Processors right now, but we are working hard on getting some new AMD chipsets in the coming month with our same prices as of now. I'd love to invite you when we get them.

We now offer Ryzen 9's on our servers.
I have a minecraft server with them, and regarding price, they're in a league on their own. Just check out the free mincraft server trial and if it works for you keep on going with them. Way cheaper than other options but their support is... amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Four Seasons Hosting, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I signed up, I was greeted with efficiency, professionalism, and a level of friendliness that truly sets this company apart.
Our first purchase was a VPS which then later was switched to a Dedicated server and I must say their servers is incredible! We've never had any problems however whenever we would open a ticket to get in touch for any inquiries they were super QUICK to respond
their customer service is like talking to a buddy. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it's like having a tech-savvy friend on speed dial. Whenever I've had an inquiry, they're on it in a flash, fixing things up like magic.
