Can you post the how to use this mod in the thread and not in the video? It stresses me off watching a video about using a mod without having the instructions in the thread.
I added it and it started working perfectly fine (except for the problem of finding a somewhat flat world (I spawned on a hill and it looked stupid once the guild was in(any solutions?))). Then I tried to use mcpatcher to use the dokucraft texture pack (which for some reason my water and lava dont work even though I used it(any solutions?(I suspect the mcpatcher just sucks))) and first off the world I made and had saved with a guild stopped working! I finally went into the guild and there was no one in there! Then I did everything your FAQ said to do and even then they didn't come back. So I deleted the world and tried a few more times and now it doesn't even ask for me to start my conquest. Can anyone help me?

Hi, confirmed thru many pms, post and comments. MCPatcher does something that greatly lags the mod. It will work for some, and for some wont. I will try to find a fix, but this is odd cause every code I made should be separate from whatever MCpatcher modifies.
The Out of Memory lag seems to occur as much when using it.

Also, this is not verified but: if you do have MCPatcher, don't use any fly mod or at least, don't fly. The out of memory shouldn't occur.
I checked my town and he hasn't reappeared, as well as the guild and I still can't find him. Only thing I can think of is that he's gone wandering off a great distance from the city.
Could you change the block seller from a tier 2 building to tier 1? that would make it soooooo much easier to make my village and
i would have a good use for gold again other than diamonds:D

Hey, would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I install the mod, it all works fine, so I start my conquest etc, however whenever I right-click the blacksmith or anyone which I would be able to buy and sell stuff from it freezes my whole game.
I'm running this with a fresh minecraft.jar, all I have is modloader in the .jar, and the 'Tale Of Kingdoms' mod in the mods folder in the .minecraft folder. I've tried it by also putting the files in the zip folder in the minecraft.jar and I keep getting the same problem.
It will always work, so I start a new world on survival, accept the conquest. I can get coins from monsters, all of it works, apart from whenever I try to buy or sell anything. All the NPC's who would buy or sell anything, when ever I try to talk to them (right click them) my game freezes.
I've found that if I leave it for about 5 minutes and come back it will have opened the GUI for whatever merchant I have talked to, but will still be frozen. I would instead say it goes to about 1 frame rate every two minutes instead of completely freezing.
Any help would be be hugely appreciated.

TyberAlyx and I have been tracking this issue since the mod was the Merchants mod as I experience the same issue and still do. Thus far we have been unable to find a solution to the problem. I am able to get the merchants to function however by playing the game in window, going from 0 fps to around 3 allowing me to interact with the merchant easily enough. This may be an inconvenient solution and a temporary one. If this works for you please post as such.
I love your mod man. Just wanted to let you know that if i give my wood and cobble to the builder and quit the game he will loose all my things. keep up the excellent work

i dont know wat is going on but the forum sed to put it all in the mods folder and i installed modloader and it hasnt given me the start your qounqeust at all ive been in the world 4 an hour and it still hasnt worked wat do i do

Been working great with hi res textures.
Some stuff you can't sell like dirt. That should be like that because its really not worth money.
I think the easiest way to farm coin in this game is bonemeal and flowers. I collect flowers and sell for thousands. EASY money.
