Thanks for taking the time to update this wonderful mod .. we decided to skip the 1.7.x update here until this was out. :biggrin.gif: I have, however, stumbled across an issue ..
I've tried continuing an existing save (created pre 1.7), then charging a soul orb. I was able to access the shrine interface and place the empty orb inside, but as soon as I added a stack of redstone dust the shrine interface closed immediately. Opening the shrine again - which now 'looks' like it's charging an orb from the outside - shows that there's nothing inside .. the orb and dust have disappeared.
Naturally I made a backup first and have since tried; leaving the shrine for a prolonged period of time - this did nothing, as the shrine just continuously appeared as though it was charging something, but showed as empty in the shrine interface .. and .. picking up and replacing the shrine in a new location - I wasn't sure whether this would do anything but I figured what the heck, but to no avail.
Hopefully this is of some use to you, and if there's anything else I can try please don't hesitate to ask. :smile.gif:

I'm embarrassed to say that it looks like this was an error my side as I've just tried updating from a fresh Minecraft and it appears to be working fine now. I must have forgotten to apply the GUIAPI Patch for the ModOptionsAPI mod, and thinking of the error I was having it would appear to make sense.
I do hope that you haven't wasted any time looking into this and I sincerely apologise for ringing false alarm bells. :smile.gif:

I've just been trying to recreate the issues that I had - in case it helped someone else down the line - and it turns out that it wasn't due to the GUIAPI patch. In fact, apart from a few minor issues with another mod, I'm having no problems at all, and certainly none with Survivalism thus far. Therefore, I'll put it down to a combination of over-excitement and sleep deprivation on my part - I'm really sorry, lol.
I have a problem the problem is i know if i try to make a mod work and i launch minecraft i get the black screen and i have to delete everything in the minecraft.jar with winrar what do i do to make mods work i have the latest version of modloader what else is missing :unsure.gif:?

When I installed the mod, every options appeared and i could make new items. But i dont see new elements of interface (energy thirsty etc) Have i done anything wrong ?

Im am Physically upset.
Achievements were a dumb add on, and this just made it worse.
Well, Turns out I can change the ZIPLINE achievements.
But other than that, this still doesnt have a "Infinite lives" setting, and the possble movement of the lives meter.
Because of this ****.

there's a way to turn that off. also damn this mod has changed since i last saw it. nice work voodoo!
patience friend. try reinstalling it. I got this (your invisible gui glitch) the first time i installed it for this version while having had smart move on first. for some reason the GUI stuff wouldn't appear, so I simply reinstalled everything in one shot rather than staggering my install (like I had done cause i had played for an hour or so prior using just smart move mod) and it worked properly that time so try some reinstalls of everything, making sure it all goes in at once and you don't have anything conflicting with the edited minecraft classes, namely gs and yw.
Firstly: Love the idea of this mod. If only someone would implement torches that burned out it could be on a whole 'nother level!! Anyway:
Like many of these guys, my GUI is not showing up either. I've started with a fresh jar and only added the required mods. I deleted the meta. I've played around trying to get it to work and nothing has helped. If anyone had these issues but was able to resolve, please outline it here. I did try just 'reinstalling' it at another users recommendation but it didn't work (I tried multiple times). I'm guessing if there are so many people having issues with it maybe something is up?
