So how exactly do I put files into the minecraft.jar file?
It's not like it's a folder.
Sure, I can extract it and put all of the files from the mod into that, but then what? Zipping said files up and naming them minecraft.jar doesn't work.
I've already installed modloader.
What the hell am I missing?
Open it using Winrar archiver, then select all the class files you want to put in then "SHHBANG!" You have a modded minecraft.jar (I learned how to do this in my days of RSBot )

Obviously before adding new cool NPC´s and other stuff the bugs nedds to be fixed so it is actually playable. Right now i have tried running this mod (i´m installing it correctly) several times and it works....for a while. Until the village autosaves and then alot of errors shows up. Later the village is empty of NPC´s. So the most important stuff to do with this mod is bugfixes. Later on new features and stuff can be added.
I hope the developers ignores all feature requests and concentrate on fixing bugs instead.
Also...thx for building this mod. Very very cool mod. I will install and play it as fast as there is a new update.

Obviously before adding new cool NPC´s and other stuff the bugs nedds to be fixed so it is actually playable. Right now i have tried running this mod (i´m installing it correctly) several times and it works....for a while. Until the village autosaves and then alot of errors shows up. I installed it easy enough and it works GREAT upon initially starting a new world however, once it auto saves and you return to your world the next day either a) the NPC's are not there or :cool.gif: they don't come at all to do any trading with you.
Once all the current bugs are fixed, I'd be happy to give this one a try again.

Yeah, it was practically flawless during MC 1.3, but after 1.4...
But I'm hope 0.1.10 (0.2?) will fix most of the bugs.

omg, i was building a large house, and all a sudden the roof was disappearing... and when i went downstairs, a sign was in my wooden ground, and there was a npc destroying my work... fml.. seems like they wanted to make there own house there.
I love the idea of this mod, but having played at 100+ FPS for so long, the significant drop in fps is too irritating for me.
The drop down to around ~60 fps is fine, but what does it for me are the constant dips down to ~20fps.
Sorry, but I had to remove this mod for my sanity's sake. I really want to have this as a permanent mod for me, but until it can be somehow optimized, I just can't have this.
And that single developer is doing a heck of a job. Good job and keep up the good work!
I'm in full agreement. I only ever run this mod when I play, and while 0.1.9 started throwing out some error messages on my new map, the village still seems to be running ok.

Just thought id let you know but one of my Lumbermen and somehow become a girl that dose not do anything but stand inside a house all day. I have counted and the total is 5 girls and 3 men it should be 4 and 4 if i read the post correct.

try killing all of the villagers. they should respawn correctly.
There's a problem when your in the town hall or any spot where you can trade. When you are trading them or just standing aimlessly in there and teleport out somewhere else the whole village dies but the homes and you get a error.
The error in the code is what i got from flying in a plane above it or near it. The problem above i get the error of "Error in updateEntity(). Check milenaire.log." but cant find that error since i deleted it by accident when i decided i didn't want it but i changed my mind to i can help you fix bugs.

It does not bug i think it just bugs when you throw stuff out of the plane to the village or a villager dies/house burns ect i tested it and i dont think i will be having fun bombing villages with errors showing up and covering my view leading to my death :sad.gif:

I Started getting the error after i threw out compasses from my plane since i use tomanyitems and got 64 instead of 1 and threw 63 and started getting spammed of errors that made me crash in a tree and go to the village where everyone lives but wives and no trading stuff.
Crashed again when flying toward a new village i think it only happens when i fly toward it directly damn it i wanted this mod :sad.gif:
Do you get this error if you run Millénaire alone? Might be due to a clash with an other mod.
Noticed one of the farm's chests vanished. And they stopped farming. I'll try re-placing the dirt with a chest and see what happens. Oh and the character froze in mid air. I'd kill him to make him respawn but I don't want it to crash. :tongue.gif:
I added a chest on my own and the character respawned. He's not working, but maybe they will next morning. I notice they don't work at night. Maybe it needs to re-start witha new day cycle. Will keep you updated!

I removed the chest and the error spam stopped. Not sure what to do. A farm is useless now. Maybe you can try to fix it so that if their chests vanish, they rebuild it. The farm is being upgraded to stone now, but I don't know if they'll actually work. I'll see what placing a new chest does.
