Guaranteed reward upon completion of the Fasnacht Day public event and once learned, the plan cannot be obtained from the event. The plan cannot be traded, dropped, or sold to vendors.

The plan allows the Fasnacht souvenir beer stein to be crafted at a C.A.M.P. or workshop. Also allowing a displayable version of the souvenir beer stein to be crafted at a tinker's workbench.
