Is the proposal to run daily bot to enforce the "must" rules? ChristianKl (talk) 13:36, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

ChristianKl, sorry for the late response. I think it will be on a case by case basis. There would be reports based on the discrepancies that arise but I don't think that robotic enforcement of data model requirements is inherently necessary or even a good idea. (It might work for some things, maybe?) Harej (talk) 21:02, 27 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Current status of modeling

[edit]

I'd prefer a statistical survey of existing co-ocurrences instead. Community rules are better established by description of practise instand of prescription of what people should do. -- JakobVoss (talk) 06:08, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

JakobVoss, sorry for the late response. I agree that a tool that describes what is currently being done is necessary. I think a reasonable workflow would be to describe what is going on first and then resolving inconsistencies that appear. The documented standard would later reflect consensus, as a guide for people writing queries or carrying out data imports. Harej (talk) 21:02, 27 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
